Hi, I’m Tarik Moufid, a biomedical researcher with a passion for health, nutrition, and optimizing human performance. With a background in cardiovascular and metabolic health, I’ve dedicated my last years to explore how lifestyle, nutrition and fitness impact overall well-being.

As a young teen, I remember being obsessed with football and athetics, specially middle distance running. Hicham El Guerrouj might have caused that particular spark. Interest in science has always been a big part of me. So it’s only natural I’d try to unite both for my career.

Currently, I’m expanding my work into practical solutions for athletes, active individuals, and anyone looking to lead healthier lives. My goal is to share evidence-based insights and actionable strategies to help people thrive—whether through personalized health advice, educational content or fitness programs.
